• WillowTreeToys.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $100.00 shipped within the contiguous United States. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, military addresses or international locations. Shipping prices for these areas will be calculated during checkout.
• To receive free shipping, your order total must be over $100.00 after all discounts and/or promotions have been applied.
• Some oversized or drop ship items are not eligible for free shipping. This will be noted in product description and a shipping surcharge will be added.
• Shipping time for standard shipping ranges from 5 to 7 business days. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date with standard shipping. Please choose expedited Two Day or Three Day Shipping if you need a specific arrival date.
• WillowTreeToys.com will choose the carrier for standard shipping. Carriers may include UPS ground, FedEx ground, or the U.S. Post Office. If you do not receive mail service to your street address, please provide both your street address and P.O. Box on the address lines, so your package can be delivered to you.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, MILITARY ADDRESSES AND U.S TERRITORIES:

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and U.S. Territories are sent via the U.S. Post Office. Your shipping total will be calculated during checkout. Expedited shipping not is available in these locations.

• International orders are shipped using the U.S. Post Office. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.
• International shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout. Generally, the shipping fees are correct however, on rare occasions, the shipping calculator underestimates or is unable to calculate the actual shipping charge. When this occurs, we will contact the customer for approval of shipping fees prior to shipping the order.
• Taxes and/or brokerage fees on international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. FedEx will send you a bill for any brokerage fees associated with your order. If you do not pay FedEx, Willow Tree Toys will charge your credit card for the fees incurred plus a $25 processing fee. If a credit card was not used for the order and the customer does not pay the brokerage fees, the account will be send to collections. The customer agrees to this policy when placing an order with an international shipping address.

• WillowTreeToys.com does not assume responsibility for orders when an incorrect shipping address has been supplied by the customer. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to re-route the package and a $12.00 re-routing charge plus any additional shipping charges with be assessed to the billing party. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the customer any fees assessed by the shipping company.

• We are happy to accept your return within 30 of receipt of the package. Your purchase price, less the shipping cost, will be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the product was defective or WillowTreeToys.com was responsible for the error.

• Orders with standard shipping generally ship within 2-4 business days. Orders with expedited shipping generally ship the same day or within 1 business day. Orders with expedited shipping (Overnight, Two-Day and Three-Day) are delivered Monday through Friday; weekend deliveries are not available. Items shipping directly from the manufacturer may not be eligible for expedited shipping and will generally ship within 3 - 4 days. Items shipped from the manufacturer will be noted in the product description.
