RETURN POLICY:
- You may return most items sold by Willow Tree Toys within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us for a return instructions. Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee or refuse the return if the item has been opened, is not in original condition, or has been returned without first obtaining return instructions. If the return is refused, we will ship it back to you and the additional shipping charges will be applied to the billing party.
- If the item is returned due to a WillowTreeToys.com error or product defect, please email us so we can assist in the return. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
- If you received free shipping for your order, you will be refunded the product price less applicable shipping charges.
- To simplify the process, WillowTreeToys.com does not accept exchanges. We are happy to accept your return (with all conditions met as specified above)and will refund your purchase price within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Please place a separate order for a replacement item.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cash. We do accept business checks as payment for approved Purchase Orders (details below).
PURCHASE ORDERS
- We accept Purchase Orders from verified public school districts, government agencies and other organizations in the United States. There is a $150 minimum order required when using a Purchase Order and free standard shipping options do not apply. To place your order, add items to your cart as usual. Choose Purchase Order as your payment method and provide the Purchase Order Number. Fax a copy of the Purchase Order to WillowTreeToys.com at 877-800-8697. We will contact you with the shipping charges for your order and the charge will be added to the order total. Payment will be required within 30 days.
SALES TAX
- WillowTreeToys.com is located in the state of Oregon which has no sales tax requirements.
LOCAL PICKUP
- If you live in the local Bend, Oregon area, you may pick up your order from our warehouse. During checkout, you will be given several shipping options as well as a pickup option if you provide a local zip code. Choose the pickup option and you will be provided with our hours of operation and times you may pickup your item(s).
TELEPHONE ORDERS:
- We are unable to process orders over the phone. Our website is encrypted and completely secure, so you can be confident in placing your order online.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS:
- Please emailus immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to contact you before your order ships, but it is important that you email us right away. Messages left on our voicemail may not be received in time to change/cancel your order.
