Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 days from receipt of payment. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer can take up to two weeks for delivery. If additional shipping time is needed, it will be noted on the product description page.
Most orders are shipped from Central Oregon via UPS. Shipping times range from 5 to 10 business days depending upon distance from Oregon. Very lightweight items will be shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-4 days.
If you need your order to arrive within a specified time frame, we offer UPS Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Shipping. Additional charges will apply as noted on the checkout page.
Yes, Willow Tree Toys can ship most items throughout the United States as well as many international locations. International orders are shipped using the FedEx Ground or Expedited Service. Domestic shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service to save you money. There are a few items we are not able to ship beyond the Continental United States. These items will be noted on the website.
Taxes and/or brokerage fees on international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. FedEx will send you a bill for any brokerage fees associated with your order. If you do not pay FedEx, Willow Tree Toys will charge your credit card for the fees incurred. The customer agrees to this policy when placing an order with an international shipping address.
You may return most items sold by Willow Tree Toys within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us for a return authorization number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if the item's packaging is not in original condition or the item is returned without first obtaining a return authorization number.
If you received free shipping for your order, you will be refunded the product amount less shipping charges.
Most items will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Your shipping price is determined by the weight of the items you are purchasing and your location. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your zip code. Our shipping quote will then be provided to you, so you will know exactly what the total shipping charges will be. We are happy to ship FedEx 3-day, 2-day or overnight for an additional fee. Very lightweight items will be shipped via Priority Mail.
We ship most of our products via FedEx. FedEx can only deliver to residential or business addresses. They cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you cannot provide a street address, feel free to use your business address instead. We will be happy to ship your item(s) to you there.
We do not currently have a print catalog. All of our products can be seen on our website. This allows us to pass the savings on to you in the form of lower prices on our prouducts.
I'm sorry but we are only able to accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You may send an e-check through PayPal and your order will ship when the e-check clears, usually in about 5-6 days.
Yes, if you live in the Bend, Oregon vicinity, you may pick up your order at our warehouse. During checkout, you will be given several shipping options as well as a pickup option if you reside in the local area. Choose the pickup option and you will be provided with our hours of operation and times you may pickup your item(s).
